Book a Stall at Evandale Sunday Market

Stall bookings are managed by Evandale Antiques. Please read the information below before submitting your booking enquiry.

Stall Sizes & Fees

  • Standard site (approx. 5 metres): $40

  • Site with one trestle table: $45

  • Site with two trestle tables: $55

  • Powered site: $10 extra (must be requested at time of booking)

You may bring your own tables, or hire trestle tables as listed above.

Fees are collected on the day.

Food Stalls

Food stall bookings require approval by the Market Organiser before confirmation.

Requests must be emailed to info@evandalemarket.com.au and include

  • A description of the food to be sold

  • A copy of a valid Food Handling License

Food handling licenses must be obtained through your local council.

Arrival & setup

  • Stallholders must arrive no later than 6:45am

  • Stalls must be ready to operate at 8:00am (market opening time)

Vehicles

  • One vehicle per site

  • Vehicles must remain on site during market operating hours

Goods for sale

The market offers a mix of antiques, second-hand goods, handmade items, plants, fresh produce, food and coffee.

All stall bookings are subject to approval.
